Ivy Academia

Admission Process

Application to Ivy Academia is a relatively simple process and can only be done online. Please use the following guidelines in order to submit your Application of Interest and hopefully, join the Ivy Academia family.

Step One: Application of Interest
In order to apply to Ivy Academia, a prospective family must apply using the Application of Interest form. This application can be filled out online ONLY. Applications of Interest enable the prospective student(s) to be placed directly onto our acceptance list or on our waiting list.
To fill out the Application of Interest, please click on Admissions
and scroll down to Application of Interest.
Step Two:  Public Random Lottery

Following open enrollment which concludes on March 15, 2019, applications shall be counted to determine whether any grade level has received more applications than availability. In the event that this happens, the Charter School will hold a public random drawing to determine enrollment for the impacted grade level(s), with the exception of existing students of Ivy Academia, who are guaranteed enrollment in the following school year.

In the event that the number of applications of interest exceeds capacity at any grade level, the random, public drawing will be held on a date and location that is published throughout the District and surrounding area.
The date of the Public Random Lottery will be Thursday, March 2019, at 10 AM at the Business Office, 7353 Valley Circle Blvd., West Hills, CA  91304.  You need NOT be present.
Step Three: Contact from Ivy
In March 2019, you will be notified if your child is accepted or wait listed via email by 4 PM.
