Ivy Academia Programs

Ivy Academia hosts a number of special programs throughout the school year which include the following:

Pre-Kindergarten Program: Our pre-kinder program for young children enables them to get an early start on their education.  This program is not tuition-free; there is a fee for this program.

Kindergarten Structural Care Program: For working parents needing full-day supervision, our Structural Care program operates like an extended Kindergarten class, tagged at either the front or at the back of our half-day Kinder program. Children who attend our Kindergarten and Structured Care Program remain at Ivy each day until 3:30pm. There are fees for this one-of-a-kind Ivy program.

IAGATE/Special Programs: Educational programs for special needs... the Ivy Academia Gifted and Talented Education (IAGATE) Program, Intervention Program/EdOptions, and programs for students with special needs (IEP's, English language learners, students with 504 plans and Student Success Teams).

Athletics: Ivy Academia features a wide range of athletic programs including afterschool sports, hosted by the YMCA.  For more information, contact Debbie Lizano at 818.774.2840 ext 3325 or www.ymcala.org/wv

Ivy Entrepreneurial Youth Convention: A special event held in conjunction with National Entrepreneurial Week USA.

Summer Programs: Special summer school sessions for students who need to repeat classes.
